  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Elementor Pro Designer & Developer with a strong background in custom WordPress website design and development. The ideal candidate has an in-depth understanding of the Elementor Pro page builder, including advanced customization capabilities, and can create pixel-perfect, responsive websites that bring our clients’ visions to life.

As an Elementor Specialist, you’ll work closely with our design and development teams to implement engaging, interactive designs and provide creative solutions to complex design and layout needs.

Responsibilities
• Design and develop custom WordPress websites using Elementor Pro with precision and creativity.
• Implement complex layouts and interactive elements based on provided design files (PSD/Figma) or client specifications.
• Optimize website performance, ensuring fast loading times and smooth user experience.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to WordPress and Elementor functionality.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure accurate translation of design concepts to web pages.
• Stay up-to-date with Elementor updates, new widgets, and other plugins that enhance the user experience.

Requirements
• Proven Experience: Minimum of 2 years working with Elementor Pro, including creating custom designs and complex layouts.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in WordPress and Elementor Pro.
• Solid experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a good understanding of PHP.
• Knowledge of popular WordPress plugins and how they integrate with Elementor.
• Design Skills: Strong sense of web design principles, UI/UX, and responsive design. Experience translating PSD/Figma designs into functional web pages with precision.
• Problem Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills; ability to resolve complex issues efficiently.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to create pixel-perfect layouts and animations as per design specifications.
• Communication Skills: Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with advanced WordPress functionalities, including custom post types, ACF (Advanced Custom Fields), and theme customizations.
• Experience with SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel, is a plus.
