Job Description:
As our Sales Representative/Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for generating leads, setting appointments, and closing deals with potential clients. You’ll be a key player in growing our client base and driving the success of our agency. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, confidence in closing sales, and a passion for helping businesses thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and reach out to prospective clients in need of marketing services
Set appointments with decision-makers and present our agency’s services effectively
Build strong, lasting relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Close deals with potential clients, ensuring successful onboarding and seamless transition to the project team
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM software

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, appointment setting, or business development, ideally within a marketing, advertising, or digital agency setting
Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
Confidence in making calls, conducting meetings, and closing deals
Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and advertising services
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently, with a proactive approach to lead generation and follow-up

Skills & Experience:

3+ years of experience in a sales or appointment-setting role, preferably within the marketing or digital space
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a friendly and persuasive demeanor
Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of marketing strategies, branding, SEO, and advertising solutions
A motivated self-starter with a team-oriented mindset
