ABOUT THE ROLE: Comfortable working in a virtual, online environment, PST time zone.
The work environment emphasizes strong communication skills, proficiency in using ActiveCampaign and Go High Level CRM systems. This role involves collaborating with leads and communicating with US based Clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead Generation:
• Utilize various tools and strategies to identify and qualify potential leads.
• Proactively engage with leads through email , phone, and social media.
• Manage and nurture leads within our CRM system (ActiveCampaign, Go High Level).

Sales Support:
• Assist the sales team with scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and creating proposals.
• Provide product and service information to prospects and clients.
• Answer inquiries and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.

CRM Management:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in ActiveCampaign and Go High Level CRM system and ensuring they are
accessible to the team members.
• Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Assist with the development and implementation of sales processes and strategies.

Communication and Collaboration:
• Effectively communicate with US-based colleagues and clients via email , phone, and video conferencing.
• Assists in facilitating conference calls, meetings, and discussions with clients.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2-3 years of experience in a sales support role.
• 1-2 years experience in using ActiveCampaign & Go High Level CRM.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Exceptional communication abilities, articulate and persuasive
• Comfortable working in a virtual, online environment, PST time zone.
• Experience with integrating different platforms and tools.
• Familiarity with the real estate industry.
• Has a noise-canceling headset.
• Has a stable internet connection with a backup internet connection.
