Job Description:
We’re seeking a dedicated Assistant/Bookkeeper to join our team! This role involves a mix of administrative and bookkeeping tasks, supporting our day-to-day operations and helping maintain a smooth workflow.
Responsibilities:
Answer email s and manage social media messages
Send out daily price sheets and coordinate delivery schedules
Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Handle data entry and reconcile all receipts and transactions
General support with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Strong verbal communication skills and computer proficiency
Experience with data entry and bookkeeping (reconciliation experience is a plus)
Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus
Organized, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Previous experience in a similar role preferred
