Customer Service - Dropshipping

For our rapidly evolving brand, we are seeking an ambitious customer service representative / product lister, with a good understanding of Shopify and dropshipping in its entirety. We require some degree of experience, but not necessarily of an expert level. The core responsibility of this role will be to manage customer service and listing products on our website. This includes editing images, creating attractive layouts, and writing compelling product descriptions.
Moreover, we are specifically looking for a collaborative individual who is enthusiastic about learning and developing substantially. We offer growth opportunities to progress to the position of store manager, so we are particularly interested in someone with the ambition for this advancement. Throughout the selection process, we will require you to complete several tasks to ascertain if you are a good fit for our team. This will include a personality assessment and a skills evaluation exercise.
