Job Summary:
The Jobber Expert is responsible for managing and optimizing the Jobber scheduling platform, ensuring effective support for dispatch and field teams. This role configures Jobber for accuracy, trains staff, and troubleshoots platform issues. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in Jobber or similar scheduling software and experienced in workflow automation and data management.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Management: Configure and maintain Jobber, optimizing it for scheduling and client management.
Training and Support: Provide training to staff on Jobber usage and troubleshoot platform-related issues.
Process Optimization: Develop Jobber-based workflows that enhance scheduling and service accuracy.
Reporting: Track and report Jobber metrics to improve operational efficiency.
Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data within Jobber.
Qualifications and Required Competencies:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or certification in Information Technology, Business, or similar field.
Experience: 2+ years working with Jobber or similar scheduling software.
Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of Jobber, workflow automation, data accuracy, and reporting.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot software issues and optimize configurations.
Communication Skills: Capable of providing training and support to non-technical users.
30/60/90-Day and Post-Trial Metrics:
30 Days:
Goal: Complete comprehensive Jobber training, assist with scheduling tasks, and identify improvement areas.
Measurement: Jobber task reports and identification of at least two improvement opportunities.
Success Indicator: The candidate demonstrates Jobber proficiency and proactive problem-solving.
60 Days:
Goal: Implement Jobber optimizations and train the dispatch team on key features.
Measurement: Documented optimizations and team training feedback.
Success Indicator: The candidate successfully trains the team and enhances Jobber workflows.
90 Days:
Goal: Achieve a 95% scheduling accuracy rate and ensure consistent data accuracy within Jobber.
Measurement: Monthly Jobber accuracy reports and data quality assessments.
Success Indicator: Maintains high accuracy in Jobber scheduling and data consistency.
Post-Trial:
Goal: Sustain a 95% scheduling accuracy, with less than 3% error rate and improve user satisfaction by 10%.
Measurement: Quarterly Jobber reports and user satisfaction surveys.
Success Indicator: The candidate maintains high Jobber efficiency and satisfaction among users.
