Job Title: Bookkeeper & Administrative Support Specialist
Location: Remote
Hours: 40 hours per week
Compensation: PHP 20,000 - 30,000/month (First Month Offer)

Are you a detail-oriented and organized professional with experience in bookkeeping and administrative support? We are looking for a dedicated Bookkeeper & Administrative Support Specialist to join our team and help us manage financial records, invoicing, and client-related administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
The role is divided into two main categories: Bookkeeping & Invoicing and Administrative Support.

1. Bookkeeping & Invoicing

Bookkeeping Tasks:

Monthly: Perform general bookkeeping for the overall business, including:
Recording transactions and ensuring accurate data entry
Maintaining ledgers and reconciling accounts
Preparing monthly cash flow and profit/loss statements
Weekly (Client-Based): Track individual client profitability:
Record client-specific expenses and income
Generate profit/loss reports for each client
Track unearned revenue for individual clients
Invoicing Tasks:

Create client invoices, detailing all billable services in QuickBooks
Send invoices directly to clients via WhatsApp and amend as required
Submit invoices for payment through GoCardless and verify payment success after three days
Reconcile collected payments in GoCardless with corresponding invoices in QuickBooks

2. Administrative Support

General Admin Support:

Verifications: Import data from booking agent spreadsheets to client files. Log into client-specific software, search for patients, and verify status.
Appointment Tracking: Organize patients by appointment dates and track patient counts by category.

Qualifications
Proven experience in bookkeeping, with a strong understanding of accounting principles
Proficiency with QuickBooks and GoCardless (or willingness to learn)
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively and maintain professionalism in client interactions
Proficient in using spreadsheets and other office software
