  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales And Marketing Representative at Virtual Comrade LLC. The Sales And Marketing Representative will be responsible for communication, customer service, sales, training, and overall sales & marketing activities to promote and grow the business.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Sales experience and ability to conduct training
  • Knowledge and ability in sales & marketing strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Prior experience in international business or talent management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Compensation

  • Base Salary. The Company shall pay the Contractor a base salary of 25,000 Philippine Peso per month.
  • Commission. The Contractor shall receive a commission of $250 USD per closed sale. The commission will be paid in two installments: $150 USD will be paid in the first month following the closed sale. The remaining $100 USD will be paid three months after the closed sale, provided the lead remains an active, paying client.
  • Volume Bonus. The Contractor shall receive a volume bonus of $1,000 USD for every 10 closed sales in a calendar month.
