Job Description

Trainees will be introduced to various aspects of e-commerce operations, including platform

management, product listing updates, campaign monitoring, and performance analysis. The key areas of focus are:

1. Platform Performance Monitoring:

o Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion

rates, and sales across e-commerce platforms

o Generate daily or weekly reports on platform performance

2. Product List Updates:

o Regularly update and maintain product offerings on all e-commerce platforms

o Ensure accurate product information, pricing, and availability

3. E-commerce Campaign Management:

o Assist the E-commerce Account Manager in planning, coordinating, and

executing platform campaigns and promotional activities

o Track the performance of ongoing campaigns and provide insights for

improvement

4. E-commerce Analytics:

o Analyze platform data using tools such as Google Analytics or built-in platform

analytics

o Provide actionable insights based on data trends to optimize listings and

improve sales performance

5. Customer Engagement:

o Assist in responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through the e-

commerce platforms

o Ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience across all digital touchpoints

Qualifications

• College students enrolled in E-commerce, Business Management, Marketing, or related courses

• Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Shopify, Tiktok etc.)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel

• Basic understanding of digital marketing and online sales strategies is a plus
