Responsibilities
- Reports to the Sales Network Lead
- Develops sales strategies for all retail counterparts, including cascades and execution in the assigned region.
- Sets sales targets, designs, plans, and communicates sales strategies for the region.
- Supports and guides retail counterparts through mentoring and coaching.
- Manages and develops the relationships between new and existing partners.
- Refines sales strategy by creating tactics to improve regional sales performance and its quality.
- Conducts monthly and quarterly business reviews with direct reports to discuss and improve team’s performance.
- Provides needed sales reports and data of the team.
- Executes all “Key Responsibilities” in line with specified timelines as instructed by the Sales Network Lead
- Performs ad hoc tasks, as required by Manager.
Qualifications
- At least 5 to 7 years sales management experience in Consumer Finance, Distribution of Mobile Phones and Retail Sales
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Preferably with experience in a Training Capacity
- Strong Management Skills
- Experience in Directly Managing a Team
- Exceptional leadership, organizing, presentation and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Management, Business Administration, and other associated degrees.
- Strategic thinking in sales and business development
- Strong sales aptitude – with desire and drive to move the industry.
- Strength of character to raise and communicate issues and/or recommendations.
- Basic IT Skills (Microsoft Office, and other applications)
- Team player with proper regard for corporate policies and direct superiors
