The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, with expertise in planning and executing online marketing campaigns across various platforms. This role will focus on driving brand awareness, lead generation, and improving online presence to contribute to the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
- Content Creation & Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging digital content, including blog posts, social media content, newsletters, and ad copy.
- Social Media Management: Oversee social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), creating posts, managing ad campaigns, and analyzing engagement metrics to enhance the brand’s presence.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other reporting tools. Prepare reports and make recommendations based on data insights.
- Email Marketing: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Content, Design, and Product, to ensure alignment on digital marketing strategies.
- Trend Research: Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, advertising, and technology to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics.
- Ad-Hoc: Plan and execute internal digital campaigns designed to promote employee engagement, as well as other requests from management, such as special initiatives, internal communications, and events.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications or specialized training are a plus.
- Proven experience (minimum of 2 years) in marketing, advertising, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including branding, market research, digital marketing, and campaign management.
- Proficient in using marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms, email marketing software, and content management systems (CMS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities with the capacity to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with industry best practices, trends, and regulations.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
