We’re looking for an ultra-dedicated Social Media Manager to manage multiple accounts across platforms, primarily focusing on Instagram. If you live and breathe strategy, engagement, and creativity, this is the job for you.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management

1. Instagram Grid Planning: Create cohesive, visually stunning grids for each account, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and messaging.
2. Content Calendar Development: Plan and execute monthly content calendars, scheduling posts, stories, reels, and other formats.
3. Reels Creation: Ideate and produce engaging reels leveraging trending audio, creative transitions, and attention-grabbing visuals.
4. Instagram Stories: Develop captivating stories with polls, quizzes, links, and other interactive features to maximize engagement.
5. Captions & Hooks: Write compelling captions and Instagram hooks that stop the scroll and drive engagement.
6. Hashtag Strategy: Research and implement the most effective hashtags tailored to each brand’s audience and goals.

Research & Strategy

7. Competitive Research: Conduct detailed analysis of competitors to identify gaps, opportunities, and trending tactics.
8. Trend Identification: Stay ahead of emerging Instagram and social media trends, implementing them strategically to maintain relevance.
9. Viral Content Analysis: Pinpoint content themes and patterns with the potential to go viral, and replicate success within brand guidelines.
10. Audience Insights: Analyze and understand each account’s audience, creating content that resonates and builds loyalty.

Engagement & Community Building

11. Comment Engagement: Respond to comments, engage with followers, and build meaningful connections on behalf of the brand.
12. Direct Messages (DMs): Handle inquiries, address concerns, and manage collaborations or partnerships professionally and promptly.
13. Proactive Outreach: Interact with relevant accounts, influencers, and audiences to grow the brand’s visibility.

Analytics & Optimization

14. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key metrics (engagement rate, reach, impressions, etc.) and adjust strategies accordingly.
15. Content Optimization: A/B test content formats, posting times, and hashtags to identify what performs best for each account.
16. Monthly Reporting: Compile detailed reports summarizing performance, key takeaways, and actionable recommendations.

Administrative Tasks

17. Cross-Platform Coordination: Ensure consistency in messaging and strategy across other platforms, including TikTok, Facebook , and YouTube.
18. Collaborations: Identify and liaise with influencers, photographers, and other creatives to enhance content quality.
19. Social Media Tools Management: Proficiency in scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Buffer) and analytic platforms (e.g., Sprout Social, Iconosquare).
20. Crisis Management: Address any negative feedback or potential PR issues swiftly and professionally.
