Job Requirements:
- Preferably a Bachelor’s degree holder in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Social Science/Sociology or equivalent
- At least 6mos experience in recruitment or working in HR
- With progressive working experience in talent acquisition and digital marketing recruitment
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Experience and knowledge using the Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
