Job Title: Data Scraper/Social Media Specialist

Hours: Full-time (may include Saturdays)
Responsibilities:
- Property Searching & Data Scraping: Conduct targeted property searches based on pre-set criteria. Use data scraping techniques to collect and manage property information.
- Data Entry & CRM Management: Input and maintain accurate data in our CRM system (Zoho). Ensure all property and client-related information is up-to-date.
- Real Estate Focus: Work specifically with residential properties within the buyer’s agency sector.
- Social Media Management: Handle client-facing social media interactions (comments, threads) on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Ensure high engagement and maintain brand consistency.
- Public Relations Support: Assist in managing public relations for TV or podcast appearances, ensuring positive media coverage and outreach.
- Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries via email, maintaining professionalism and timely responses.
Requirements:
Experience:
- Proven experience in data scraping, property searching, and CRM management.
- Familiarity with Zoho or similar CRM systems.
- Previous experience in real estate, specifically in residential buyer’s agency, is essential.
- Experience in social media management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) with a focus on client engagement.
- Background in public relations for TV or podcast is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent written communication skills for client interactions.
- Ability to multitask and manage various social media accounts simultaneously.
Availability:
- Full-time availability, with potential Saturday work.
WORK FROM HOME REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 10 MBPS internet connection.
- Backup internet connection (postpaid or prepaid).
- Laptop or desktop with updated operating system (at least core i5 or higher).
- Backup laptop or desktop (at least core i5 or higher).
- Headset with microphone for clear communication.
- Willingness to use Time Doctor for monitoring.
- Maintain a noise-free work environment during working hours.
- Must not be currently employed full time elsewhere.
