Position Overview:
The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for managing billing, client communication, and administrative support tasks. This role is ideal for someone with a background in billing, customer service, and inbox management who is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
Daily and Weekly Billing: Ensure accurate and timely billing for all clients; review and track invoices and payments.
Inbox Management: Organize and respond to email s promptly and professionally; escalate inquiries as needed.
Incoming Call Management: Handle client calls, answering questions or directing calls to the appropriate person.
General Administrative Support: Assist with additional tasks as assigned to support business operations.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Service Representative, or Administrative Assistant preferred, especially in healthcare or related fields.
Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Technology Requirements: Reliable internet connection, computer with camera and microphone, and a quiet working environment.
Availability: Must be able to work during business hours and be available for occasional meetings or tasks outside standard hours.
