We are looking for an immediate start, experienced web developer that is SEO capable and who can
optimize websites for technical and on-page SEO and work well within a small team.

Offering personalized website and web related services, Strathwarren Digital is a family business based in North East Victoria, Australia.
Our services are targeted at helping businesses use their online presence to improve trade - more customers, more phone calls and more sales. To this end we offer new websites, repairs, hosting, range of SEO services, security improvements or repairs and basic digital marketing.
Responsibilities
- Be familiar with a range of AI tools and how to achieve best outcomes for SEO
- To use SEO software to audit websites and action improvements
- To audit webpages and make changes to improve website conversions.
- Find keywords by various means that are achieveable for a website to rank for
- To use Google Search Console to find issues and deal with them
- To implement link building strategies - internal and external
- Be able to produce landing pages with appropriate features.
- Willing to continuously update skills in line with new technologies and industry trends
Requirements and Skills
To be able to use AI and personalized input, to improve quality and output of much of your daily SEO work
Experience with couple of website platforms and willingness to learn others - Wordpress or Squarespace or Wix or Shopify
A portfolio of successful related projects that include development and SEO work.
Personal Attributes
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think laterally and come up with creative solutions.
Willing to speak up with questions or status reports. Can use Slack and Asana.
Ability to work independently, honestly and with integrity and as part of a small team.
