Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of real estate marketing campaigns and strategies
- Coordinate marketing activities, including property launches, open houses, and promotional events
- Liaise with sales teams, brokers, and partners to ensure the smooth implementation of marketing plans
- Develop marketing collateral, brochures, and online content to promote properties
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support the marketing strategy
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives and recommend improvements
- Ensure the brand and property image are consistently reflected in all marketing materials
- Manage and update social media platforms, website content, and online listings for real estate projects
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Management, or any business-related course
- Experience in real estate marketing or project management is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with property trends and the local real estate market in Laguna
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media, and Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel across project sites in Laguna
