Position Accountability Statement
We are seeking a highly motivated, collaborative and experienced Learning Solutions Designer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging and effective learning experiences for our internal and external stakeholders. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop innovative learning materials that align with our organizational goals and objectives.
Job Description
Needs Analysis: Conduct needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions based on data provided by stakeholders.
Curriculum Development: Design, develop, and update learning solutions in the Team Capability Suite to ensure they are engaging, effective, and aligned with learning objectives.
Instructional Design: Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to create various types of content, such as eLearning modules, instructor-led training materials, videos, simulations, gamified activities and assessments.
Multimedia Development: Develop and produce multimedia content, including graphics, videos, animations, and interactive elements to enhance the learning experience and is consistent with company branding.
Visual Design: Design visually appealing and informative learning materials using graphic design software (Adobe Creative Cloud applications preferred).
Evaluation and Assessment: Develop and implement assessment methods to measure the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements based on learner feedback.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure accurate and relevant content.
LMS Administration: Utilize the Learning Management System (LMS) to upload, manage, and track specific courses.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT
MINIMUM educational level and background required by this POSITION: College Graduate of 4, 5 year-course, preferably: Instructional Design, Education, or a related field EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING PERIOD OF TIME OR LENGTH of related experience the CANDIDATE must acquire before being assigned to and perform the functions of this job, SATISFACTORILY under NORMAL supervision: Three Years - Over

Duties And Responsibilities Done At IRREGULAR Or INTERMITTENT Intervals
- Researches and gathers baseline information on companies per assigned area, brokers and agents
- Collates data, analyzes, prepares sales forecast and creates budget for submission to Immediate Superior for lead generation
- Reviews and develops Project Plans based on assigned areas, agents and brokers for saturation; identify new market
- Reviews and recommends approval to Immediate Superior proposed strategies and activities to acquire or retain an account.
- Participates during meetings, presentations and negotiations depending on the size and sensitivity of accounts
- Collaborates with Team and co-Managers in planning for new projects
- Collaborates with concerned parties for the immediate resolution or response to complaints as elevated by the Team
- Cascades and updates the Team on any new internal policies and guidelines
- Gathers data, analyzes and prepares report for the Immediate Superior on any updates related to the industry market and competitor intelligence
- Strives to embody, commits to support, and deliver the quality policy, objectives and initiatives of the organization;
- Communicates, engages, directs, and supports people to contribute to the QMS effectiveness;
- Demonstrates commitment to customers by ensuring applicable statutory and regulatory requirements are determined, understood and consistently met;
- Abides by the QMS policies and procedures for the effective management and control of its processes; and
- Promotes and utilizes the Process Approach and Risk-based Thinking at work.
