GoTeam is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Clerk to provide financial and administrative support for the organization. In this role, you will process payments, verify invoices, and reconcile expenses, ensuring smooth financial operations. Additionally, you will support other accounting functions as needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.
- Process outgoing payments in compliance with the company's financial policies and procedures.
- Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to vendor statements to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Verify and investigate discrepancies discovered in reconciliation or by vendor inquiry.
- Maintain professional relationships with all vendors.
- Maintain accurate vendor contact information in the accounting system.
- Generate reports detailing accounts payables status.
- Understand expense accounts and cost centers.
- Understands compliance issues around accounts payable processes (W-9, sales tax, etc.).
- Process employee expense reports immediately upon approval.
- Develop and maintain a filing system for financial information, records, and documents to ensure information can easily be retrieved. Typically, this involves a permanent vendor file with credit applications, W-9 information, Sales Tax Exemption or Resale form and general correspondence and a yearly file which includes invoices paid with supporting documentation.
- Assist in Month-End Close and financial statement preparation.
- Share in the reconciliation of AP Credit Cards and bank accounts.
- Data Entry – Clinic Database
- A degree in accounting/finance or any related field
- 3-5 years in accounts payable or general accounting
- Proficiency in MS Office and Accounting Software
- Experience in Quickbooks a plus
- Strong attention to details
- Excellent Communication and Problem-Solving skills
- Willingness to work in the office and during night shifts.
