About Us:
At MA Homebuyers, we specialize in real estate investment, focusing on distressed properties. We’re a dynamic, growth-driven team looking for an enthusiastic and driven Phone Prospector / Jr. Acquisitions Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Pull lists of distressed sellers from PropStream and our Acquisitions Manager. Upload data into Mojo Dialer for outreach.
- Skip Tracing & CRM Management: Skip trace homeowner data and update it in our CRM/dialer.
- Cold Calling & Lead Qualification: Make outbound calls, follow provided scripts, and qualify leads by completing lead forms.
- Lead Assignment: Assign qualified leads to the Lead Manager based on urgency and potential.

Performance Expectations:
- Lead Generation & KPIs: Source 25-100 quality leads per week.
- Dialing & Talk Time: Dial for 40 hours/week, typically Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM EST, with 3-4 hours of talk time daily.
- Communication: Strong English communication skills are required to effectively engage with sellers and generate quality leads.

Requirements:
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in phone prospecting, sales, or real estate is a plus, but not required.
- Applicants must have reliable access to a computer and high-speed internet to effectively perform job tasks.
