We are looking for a Administration Coordinator to help our Caravan Park business. We currently have 2 sites. You would ideally have experience with Aussie property management issues, although UK, US and Aussie experience is fine. You will be managing the relationship with Tenants including the tenancy management, property management, and financial management.

You will need to answer phones and undertake various customer services tasks in support of the Aussie team and additionally help out with basic finance roles.

You will need to be highly organised but still be able to pick up a phone and chat effortlessly in English. Has attention to detail.

Australia 30 Working hours per week (9am to 12am then 1pm to 4pm) Monday to Friday, but we operate a bit differently than solo working as a virtual worker, we have our daily zoo m me eting so you will be able to interact with the other Filipino team and UK team.
