This position will develop and executes marketing campaigns for the company's Brands, including Digital Marketing and Social Media. Drive execution of product releases to grow assigned categories aligning with brand strategies and business objectives - working closely and collaboratively with other key functions within the organization.
1. Lead program conception and development for assigned categories partnering closely with all necessary cross-functional teams
• Develop strategy in partnership with Brand and Communications Manager and Operations/Sales for focus categories
• Oversee and lead preparation of all necessary paperwork (Concept Briefs, Program Briefs, Creative Briefs); Manages development and 380 support programs to ensure all are on time, within budget and meet strategic and financial objectives.
• Leads meetings with cross-functional teams on status of program development.
• Responsible for gaining approval for assigned segment programs and projects
2. Responsible monitoring category performance, product opportunities and all category related information.
• Ability to compile and analyze data quickly to create data-based recommendations and strategies
• Monitor the performance of categories versus the competition to identify product need gaps and opportunities; develop and execute action plans to improve brand performance when needed.
• Is the expert and key point person for performance of assigned segments (shipments, sell-thru, cost of goods, SKU count, pricing and new product forecasts) as well as the competition.
3. Anticipate future trends and react to business needs to constantly refine marketing strategies and plans
4. Develop, manage and allocate marketing budgets for campaigns.
5. Analyze metrics on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
6. Develop strategies to communicate the brand vision effectively, while formulating and driving innovation for continuous improvement
7. Identify needs for product development, product strategies, pricing and product positioning
Job Requirements:
• Preferably with experience in beauty products, skincare line or personal care categories
• Passionate about cultural, beauty and skincare trends, constantly finding new ways of how to activate and lead the industry
• Must be willing to work fulltime ONSITE in Ermita, Manila
