• Configure Teams and Zoom systems to optimize performance, user experience, and security, including settings for video quality, audio clarity, recording options, and access controls.
• Actively manage version control to ensure compatibility with integrated systems.
• Regularly update and maintain AV systems to address security vulnerabilities, improve performance, and ensure compatibility with new technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AV systems, including hardware failures, software conflicts, and network connectivity problems.
• Provide timely support for AV system emergencies, such as equipment failures during critical meetings or events.
• Technical Support
• Provide technical support to users, including training on system usage, troubleshooting assistance, and remote support.
• Respond to user inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain user manuals, training materials, and knowledge base articles to support system usage.
• System Monitoring and Security
• Use tooling to track system performance, identify potential issues, and proactively address problems.
• Implement security measures to protect AV systems from unauthorized access, data breaches, and cyberattacks, including encryption, access controls, and regular security audits.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in the event of system failures or outages.
• Support Coverage
• 1 AV Support Engineer in Manila, Philippines to cover US and UK hours with On-Call duties.
