Area Sales Planning & Inventory Forecast

• Forecast periodic Sales Targets per Project over Sales Cycle Period

• Forecast Inventory Augmentation & Sellout inline w/ Project turn-over period

• Allocate Revenue Targets per Territory & determine Overhead ROI Review/Evaluate Historical Sales Trends and Strategy Execution

• Create Strategic Sales Programs/Promos in aide of Forecasted Sellout

Defining & Executing Territory Sales Plans

• Defining Sales Funnel Plans & Target Deliverables in the assigned area

• Identifying Sales Coverage Plans & Accounts Assignments to Sales Teams Implementing Strategic Plans with Measurable Output & Timelines Implement Sales Metrics, Performance Monitoring & Operational Controls Evaluating & Provide Solutions to current Issues & Concerns in the Trade

Conceptualize Implement Sales Strategies & Tactical Programs/Promos

• Formulate Sales Programs & Promos for Launching Events Implement Short-Term & Long-Term Tactical Activities

• Evaluate & Monitor Running Sales Programs/Promos Organize, Execute & Oversee Affinity Group deployment at the Realty level Coordinate for Agent Accreditation & Sales Training with Realty Accounts

Develop & Grow Sales Partner Business

• Effective partnering with brokers and agents to generate sales/revenue

• Identify the challenges & concerns of Selling Agents

• Propose & Coordinate for the identified Training Modules

• Provide Technical Assistance/Coaching sessions

• Conduct Training needs analysis and Post-Training evaluation

• Conduct Business Reviews with Realties & collaborate for actionable items

Build & Maintain Sales Partnership Relationship

• Establish good Relationship with Top Realty Accounts

• Maintain close coordination with Focus Group Accounts

• Continue to build productive Top Accounts

Job Specification

• Graduate of any Business Course or Real Estate Management

• With 3 to 5 years work experience in Sales, Real Estate Sales Background, Insurance or Direct Selling experiences

• Superior communication skills, Leadership skills, Development of Sales Strategic Program, Advance Analytical & Strategic thinking skills
