Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant with a strong background in real estate to support our leadership team. The ideal candidate will provide top-notch administrative and operational assistance, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while managing various real estate-related tasks. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of the real estate industry, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Draft, proofread, and organize correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to real estate transactions.
• Assist with property listings, marketing efforts, and client communications.
• Conduct market research and provide insights on property values, trends, and opportunities.
• Coordinate with agents, brokers, and other real estate professionals to ensure seamless transactions.
• Serve as a liaison between the executive team and clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Maintain positive relationships and ensure prompt follow-ups on inquiries and requests.
• Organize and maintain records of transactions, property details, and client information.
• Update and manage CRM systems and other databases.
• Oversee special projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and successful execution.
• Monitor deadlines, milestones, and deliverables for ongoing real estate projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role within the real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter , Instagram, etc.) and tools
• Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of real estate processes, including transactions, contracts, and market trends.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and real estate CRM platforms.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
• Licensed real estate professional (a plus).
