We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Customer Service Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will speka fluent english, be hardworking and be someone who can take initiative.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email , chat, and phone promptly and professionally
Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a positive experience
Manage and update customer records in our CRM system
Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and suggest solutions
Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent and seamless customer support
Requirements:
Fluent in both written and spoken English
Previous experience in customer service or a related field
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Willingness to have working hours tracked using the TimeDoctor app
