Commissary Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commissary Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing operations in a commissary, large kitchen, or food manufacturing setup. This position requires strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of food safety standards, and experience in supervisory roles to ensure seamless production processes and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily commissary operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in food production.
- Supervise and manage a team, providing guidance and training to maintain high standards.
- Implement and monitor food safety protocols, including GMP, HACCP, and Halal standards (preferred).
- Collaborate with management to meet production targets and maintain inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and food industry regulations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Culinary Arts, Business Management, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within a commissary, large kitchen, or food manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, with expertise in GMP, HACCP, and Halal accreditation as an advantage.
- Willingness to work onsite at Dau, Mabalacat City, Pampanga (Main Office).
