JOB DESCRIPTION: MARKETING OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Coordinator to streamline our marketing processes and drive efficiency. In this role, you’ll manage campaign execution, oversee marketing tools, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations. Your expertise will support the optimization of workflows, technology, and data to achieve marketing goals.
Execute and refine Meta ad campaigns that optimize for lead generation and purchase conversion
Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Display Network, YouTube, Snapchat, Tiktok, X, Social Media campaigns and any other online channels to drive traffic to our website
Develop reports on ad performance
Assist on other miscellaneous eCommerce tasks including, but not limited to, Shopify, Amazon, Crowdfunding, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support marketing campaigns and events
Manage marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics dashboards
Track and analyze performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
Optimize marketing workflows and ensure timely delivery of projects
Collaborate with creative, sales, and external vendors for project execution
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in a marketing or coordination role
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using project management or marketing tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, HubSpot).
Basic understanding of digital marketing workflows and analytics.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Proficiency in marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar).
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills (comfortable analyzing large datasets in excel and google sheets)
