Key Responsibilities
- Email Management: Professionally respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns.
- Shopify Expertise: Manage and update our Shopify store with ease and efficiency.
- Supplier Relations: Communicate effectively with suppliers and manage order fulfillment issues.
- Shipping Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any shipping or logistics challenges.
- Admin Tasks: Handle daily operational and administrative duties to keep things running smoothly.
- Google Sheets/Excel: Manage and analyze data with strong proficiency in spreadsheets.
- Photoshop Skills: Create and edit high-quality graphics for store updates, marketing materials, and more.

Requirements
- Proven Experience: Previous work in dropshipping or e-commerce is a must.
- Shopify Knowledge: Advanced skills in managing Shopify stores.

- Tech Savvy: Strong command of Google Sheets, Excel, and Photoshop.
