We are looking for a Real Estate Investor Connector and Educator to expand our network of investors, showcase profitable opportunities, and support them in building and strengthening their portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
Investor Networking and Outreach
• Represent Deals REI in identifying and engaging with potential investors worldwide.
• Leverage global data platforms and professional networks to connect with individuals or institutions seeking to start or expand their real estate portfolios.
• Build and nurture relationships with investors at all levels, presenting high-yielding opportunities curated by our expert team.
Education and Investor Support
• Provide educational resources to novice investors, helping them understand the fundamentals of real estate investing, risk mitigation, and long-term profit strategies.
• Act as a trusted guide, walking investors through every step of the transaction process, from deal evaluation to closing.
• Serve as the primary contact between investors and the team to ensure seamless collaboration and exceptional support.
Market Analysis and Portfolio Strategy
• Collaborate with global data sources to identify profitable markets and opportunities aligned with investor goals.
• Offer insights into trends, market conditions, and best practices for portfolio diversification.
• Highlight strategies for maximizing returns while minimizing risks across residential, commercial, or multi-family property investments.
Community Building
• Facilitate online forums to connect investors and foster a collaborative environment.
• Partner with marketing to create targeted campaigns that attract new investors and promote Deals REI value-driven services.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in finance, real estate, or business development.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on investor education and trust-building.
• Proficiency with global market research tools and CRM systems.
• Familiarity with real estate transaction processes, including legal and financial elements.

Preferred Skills
• Experience in presenting complex investment opportunities in an accessible and engaging manner.
• Strong analytical skills to leverage global data and identify market trends.
• A passion for mentoring and empowering novice investors.
