The Role
As a Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for analyzing and diagnosing specific areas of business and providing recommendations. As improvements are implemented, you will participate in all aspects of your function, contribute your expertise, and devise solutions.
Your broad knowledge of a particular business area will be put to use to help create, develop, and implement strategic improvement plans; identify performance gaps; create and facilitate the execution of a proposed strategy to close the gap; and ensure the initiative's long-term sustainability.
How you'll contribute
- Develop and manage projects and business endeavors to provide the features required to produce measurable advantages for the company in a timely and high-quality manner.
- Establish relationships with key project stakeholders and decision-makers; present to project steering committees.
- Conduct quantitative analysis of the data, evaluate the information provided, and offer stakeholders critical insights they need to make key choices by evaluating impact and utilizing data analysis frameworks.
- Proactively look for gaps in our processes and potential opportunities to improve them.
What we’re looking for
- With experience of at least 5 - 10 years in the banking industry, fintech or financial service
- Must have experience in Business Analysis and Project management
- With expertise in monitoring report files (excel, tableau, or PowerBI)
- With effective listening, speaking, and presentation abilities.
- Has experience in managing a team to implement projects or changes.
- Preferably with experience in data analysis, presentation of the findings, and creation of recommendations.
