6+ years of experience in IT project management, including software development or
infrastructure projects.
Proficiency in project management tools project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence,
Trello, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, and Google Apps.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and
stakeholders.
Experience managing regional or global IT projects.
Well versed with ITIL frameworks and practices.
Hold certifications such as Certified Agile Project Manager or Project Management
Professional (PMP) (good to have).
What You Will Do:
1. Strategic Oversight:
a. Ensure alignment between the client’s business objectives and project goals, providing
direction and prioritization.
b. Contribute to client’s governance meetings.
2. Stakeholder Management:
- a. Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
