Your Role
As Business System Analyst with Capgemini, you will play a critical role in involving in the initiation stage of a project. Helps the IT and BU articulate functional and non-functional requirements.
In this role, you will play a key role in:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.
- Translate business requirements Dynamics 365 solutions & processes.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas where existing system configuration does not meet business needs.
- Design and document Dynamics 365 solutions that meet business requirements.
- Identify and resolve issues and defects during the testing phase.
- Ensure that solutions meet performance standards.
- Work with functional teams to deliver training for end-users and IT staff on Dynamics 365 functionalities and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365-related issues.
- Identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Contact Center module
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and project management practices
