Job Description:
• Act as the principal liaison for sales, providing comprehensive understanding of content/product offerings, business policies, order processing, and entire operational procedures. Assist in resolving issues efficiently.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with internal stakeholders to promptly address minor concerns and enhance proficiency in Salesforce, Order Process Sales Tool, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Facilitate administrative sales activities, including extracting prospect contact data for cold calling initiatives and monitoring the status of Marketing Qualified Leads.
• Oversee account assignments based on territorial alignments and ensure the accuracy of account data within Salesforce.
• Prepare and compile detailed sales reports for utilization in strategic sales meetings.
• Conduct training sessions for team members on sales processes and system utilization.
• Manage and maintain the sales content repository and ensure the accuracy and relevance of internal documentation.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong track record of success.
• Proficient with technology, including experience with sales tools and Excel spreadsheets.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset with outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a matrix environment, collaborating effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
