· Oversees the development, adoption, implementation and periodic reviews of the Sales and Marketing policies and procedures to ensure the achievement of corporate objectives and goals.
· Aligns direction of the Sales and Marketing Department with the vision, mission, and values of the company.
2. Resource Management
· Develops marketing strategies and packages for the company to increase profitability.
· Actively promotes after sales programs like survey or feedback reports for the enhancement of the company.
· Develops cost-efficient measures to ensure that the department operates within approved budget.
· Provides direction in work distribution and resource planning of the department.
3. Marketing Services Management
· Manages the marketing and corporate communications and events management.
· Implements and monitors marketing and customer service projects that are deemed necessary to ensure quality service at all levels.
· Designs active in-house and fieldwork activities that can encourage clients to visit the company premises.
4. Staff Development
· Monitors performance of Sales & Marketing staff.
· Encourages the professional growth and development of staff through such activities as workshops, seminars, independent study, and other continuing education opportunities.
· Conducts performance appraisal of direct reports/subordinates.
5. Executive Update
· Prepares, presents and submits Marketing reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis to the Country Manager.
