Responsible for streamlining all e-commerce activities. Be able to use your e-commerce experience in forecasting sales and resolving conflicts. Besides, you will be inspecting and uploading consumer product reviews and responding to queries. Should also monitor website content to ensure that it is easy to navigate and visually appealing. E-commerce associates may also be tasked with handling customer service issues or questions related to orders or purchases. This might include resolving problems with an order, providing refunds or replacements for defective products, etc.
