Hometown Design-Build is seeking a talented and creative Social Media Content Manager to help us elevate our online presence. This is a remote, part-time position that requires a strong understanding of social media platforms and a passion for crafting engaging content.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content calendar, including creating engaging posts, videos, and other multimedia content.
Platform Management: Actively manage our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook , LinkedIn, Google) by posting, scheduling, and monitoring content.
Community Engagement: Respond to comments and messages promptly, fostering a positive and interactive community.
Analytics and Reporting: Track key metrics, analyze performance, and provide regular reports on social media campaigns.
Brand Awareness: Contribute to brand awareness and lead generation efforts through social media.
SEO and Website Design (Optional): Assist with SEO strategies, website content updates, and design improvements.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram, Facebook , LinkedIn, and Google.
Ability to edit videos and photos using industry-standard software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
A creative mindset and a passion for storytelling.
Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
Knowledge of SEO and website design is a plus.
