How do i turn this on?

  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Compensation and Hours:
- PHP 250 per hour.
- Initially 15-20 hours per week during a 6-week probation period.
- Australian (Darwin) business hours.
- 5 x 4hr blocks (9am-1pm) or (1pm-5pm). Flexibility of hours will be given after 6 week probation period.
- Opportunity to increase to 30-40 hours per week (optional) based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

*Content Creation & Design*
Create visually engaging graphics, social media posts, and short-form videos using Canva while adhering to brand guidelines.

*Social Media Management*
Plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms like Facebook , Instagram, and LinkedIn using Meta Business Suite or similar tools.

*Performance Monitoring*
Track social media metrics like engagement and reach to identify opportunities for improvement.

*Trends & Innovation*
Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.

*Collaboration & Communication*
Work with the team to align social media content with overall campaigns and brand goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media content creation and management for platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
• At least three years' experience using Canva to create professional, on-brand designs and social media content (portfolio required).
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite or other scheduling tools for content planning and publishing.
• Ability to track social media performance and suggest basic optimisations.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong time management and organisational skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Highly Desirable but Not Essential:

• Experience with Meta Ads Manager including A/B Testing..
• Knowledge of short-form video creation tools like CapCut or Canva’s video editor.
• Knowledge of Lightroom.

Time Tracking and Communication:
• All time will be tracked using Time Doctor.
• We communicate primarily through chat software Zoho Cliq, with occasional video meetings for collaboration and training.
• Payments are made monthly on the last Wednesday of each month.
