  • Manages and resolves customer complaints
  • Provides timely feedback to customers
  • Execute customer touchpoints to subscriber base with emphasis on warm body visit to deliver brand promise of superior CX

Account Servicing

  • Complies with business processes, processing guidelines, rules of engagement, and quality assurance checkpoints
  • Processes and monitors aftersales request of customers
  • Comply with Department mandated regulations and policies.

Work Experience

  • Proven track record of success in high end sales end environment. (luxury sales, corporate)
  • At least 4 years cumulative work experience in sales-related front liner role (i.e. QSR crew, customer service agent, etc.)
