Revenue and Growth
- Identify, target and on board high value individuals , leveraging on network and strategic prospecting techniques
- Generates new customer acquisition and selling Infinity products to new customers
- Generates and grows revenue streams thru effective customer management
- Upsell/Upgrade of high ARPU accounts
- Recontract to maintain subscriber base
- Identifies target market (prospecting) and maximize the return on sales efforts by qualifying the most profitable customers and prospects through profiling
Relationship Management
- Cultivate long term relationships with the customers and serve as their trusted advisor
- Creates and enforces plans that will help meet the needs of the customers
- Manages and resolves customer complaints
- Provides timely feedback to customers
- Execute customer touchpoints to subscriber base with emphasis on warm body visit to deliver brand promise of superior CX
Account Servicing
- Complies with business processes, processing guidelines, rules of engagement, and quality assurance checkpoints
- Processes and monitors aftersales request of customers
- Comply with Department mandated regulations and policies.
Work Experience
- Proven track record of success in high end sales end environment. (luxury sales, corporate)
- At least 4 years cumulative work experience in sales-related front liner role (i.e. QSR crew, customer service agent, etc.)
