  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Hi! We are looking for an SMS manager to join our team.

Work Hours and Schedule: 8am-1pm EST
Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Sat (US time zone)
PAY: $2.50 - $3 per hour
Weekly pay
Bonuses available

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Communicate via text with potential sellers to get a clear understanding of what they want and then work together to find the best solutions.
-Respond to potential seller leads and categorize/tag them in the correct lead pipeline.
-Respond to all leads on time to drive the business forward

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Has 1-2 years experience as an SMS ASSOCIATE/SMS MANAGER in the Real Estate Industry (REQUIRED)
- Prior experience working with a Real Estate Investor
- Experience with industry CRM(s)
- Has EXCELLENT written communication skills (a MUST)
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, Google Office, PDF, and other needed tools
