As we continue to expand, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Onboarding Coordinator to streamline the onboarding process and ensure every new hire feels supported and set up for success.
What You’ll Do
As an Onboarding Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our team by:
- Leading the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are informed, prepared, and aligned with their roles
- Guiding new hires through onboarding tasks, including live training sessions and necessary paperwork
- Collaborating with the Customer Success Manager to support onboarding for agents and clients, ensuring seamless transitions
- Providing progress updates to the Team Lead and Recruitment Manager to keep everyone aligned
- Assisting with client onboarding tasks when required
- Experience:
- 1–2 years in Customer Service Onboarding
- 3–5 years in the BPO Customer Service industry
- Virtual Assistant experience is a plus
- Skills:
- Proficient in E-Commerce tools like Gorgias, Shopify, Zendesk, Re, and Freshdesk (Required)
- Knowledge of CRM and project management tools such as HubSpot and Monday.com
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a sharp eye for detail
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to coach and engage others effectively
- Technical Requirements:
- Internet: DSL, Cable, or Fiber connection (20 Mbps minimum)
- Tools: Proficiency in Gmail and Slack
- Competitive Pay: $5 USD per hour
