- Identify and define capability uplift and learning pathways for employees.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions and make necessary adjustments.
Create development plans to prepare high potential colleagues.
- Monitor and assess the talent pipeline to ensure a robust future talent pool.
- Partner with business and People leads to conduct Voice surveys and analyze results.
- Develop and implement action plans based on survey feedback to drive culture change.
Promote an inclusive workplace environment through training and awareness programs.
- Monitor and report on the progress of D&I initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams on learning, talent, and engagement matters.
- Moderate relevant experience.
- Has led, or participated in, the development of an integrated global and local Learning strategy
- Experienced in consulting to business stakeholders in complex and fast-paced environment
