The purpose of this role is to lead the development and implementation of all learning, talent, engagement and culture interventions within

the Region. This involves defining capability uplift and learning pathways, while building effective relationships to deliver learning

interventions aligned with business requirements and supporting the execution of people strategy. Additionally, the role involves partnering

with leadership teams to establish a talent and succession strategy that promotes the region’s future talent pool. Lastly, the role also partners

with the business and People leads on Voice surveys, D&I initiatives and culture changes

Primary Responsibilities

Align learning and development initiatives with business requirements and people strategy.


  • Identify and define capability uplift and learning pathways for employees.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions and make necessary adjustments.



Develop and execute a talent and succession strategy in collaboration with leadership teams.

Create development plans to prepare high potential colleagues.


  • Monitor and assess the talent pipeline to ensure a robust future talent pool.
  • Partner with business and People leads to conduct Voice surveys and analyze results.
  • Develop and implement action plans based on survey feedback to drive culture change.



Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement D&I initiatives.

Promote an inclusive workplace environment through training and awareness programs.


  • Monitor and report on the progress of D&I initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams on learning, talent, and engagement matters.



Work Experience: Necessary Work Experience includes:


  • Moderate relevant experience.



Preferred Work Experience includes:


  • Has led, or participated in, the development of an integrated global and local Learning strategy
  • Experienced in consulting to business stakeholders in complex and fast-paced environment
