Divendash, a growing swim school, is looking for a proactive and resourceful Virtual Assistant to handle customer service, social media management, and daily administrative tasks. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, creative thinking, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Responsibilities:
-Customer Service: Answer phone calls, respond to texts/emails, and assist with booking lessons.
-Social Media Management:
-Post daily swimming-related content on Instagram, Facebook , and TikTok.
---Reply to comments and messages to engage with followers.
---Share relevant posts or swimming news.
Email Marketing: Create and send email campaigns using ChatGPT for drafting.
-Administrative Support:
---Manage client bookings using Acuity Scheduling.
---Communicate with the owner about plans and updates.
---Research new opportunities for client growth and engagement.
-Graphic Design: Use Canva (or similar tools) to create flyers, social media graphics, and promotional materials.
Requirements:
-Must use ChatGPT daily to assist with tasks and maximize productivity.
-Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
-Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook ).
-Familiarity with Canva (or willingness to learn).
-Availability to answer calls and respond to messages during agreed hours. Must have a cell phone
-Reliable internet and a smartphone for handling calls and messages.
Compensation:
-$2.50/hour 4-6 daily
-Flexible hours but must be available to answer calls and respond promptly to messages.
