Job Description: Real Estate Title Processor
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Title Processor with expertise in handling real estate transactions in Michigan and Ohio. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, and proficiency with title processing software. This is a full-time, long-term, remote position offering competitive compensation and the chance to work in a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
o Prepare Title Commitments in compliance with Michigan and Ohio regulations.
o Draft and review deeds, Chain of Title reports, and Powers of Attorney (POAs).
o Research and verify payoffs, judgments, HOA/Condo details, and tax liabilities.
o Use U.S. county websites to confirm property details and gather required information.
o Prepare and review Settlement Statements with meticulous attention to accuracy.
o Ensure documents are properly recorded with county offices in Michigan and Ohio.
o Utilize Qualia, SoftPro, and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) for efficient workflow management.

Qualifications:
o Proven experience with real estate title processing in the U.S., preferably for Michigan and Ohio transactions.
o Proficiency with Qualia, SoftPro, and Google Suite.
o Familiarity with U.S. county websites and property research.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
o High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
o Willingness to work in a remote, team-oriented environment.

Compensation and Benefits:
o Monthly Salary: $900
o Paid Time Off: 15 paid vacation days per year, plus Major U.S. Federal Holidays.
o 13th Month Pay (paid in December).
