** We are looking for a new member to join our small local business! **
We run a First Aid training company based in the UK. We are looking for someone to join our team, full-time, between the UK hours of 9am to 5pm GMT, daily.
You'll be responsible for handling the communication from customers, setting up bookings and invoices, and answering calls from customers.
You'll need to have a great, clear speaking voice for this role. We have a preference toward British accents (due to the location) rather than American accents -- although this is absolutely NOT a dealbreaker!
(FYI, this isn't full-time telephone work, and will account for around 5-6 hours per month of receiving INBOUND calls. A quieter working environment is preferred. This is NOT a call center role, no forced appointments and such!)
Tools used include Google Calendar, InvoiceNinja, Google Sheets, VOIP phone app.
Full training will be provided, and the team is both small and friendly. We are looking for someone who we can work with for many years into the future, rather than this being a stepping-stone role.
