Job Summary;
The Training Coordinator is responsible for training all new iPromo employees as well as current employees who need additional assistance in learning company processes, procedures, and systems. In You will be asked to enhance the established iPromo training program by developing new training courses and programs over time. You will work with department heads to determine the processes, procedures and overall training needs of their departments, then implement a successful training program for each. This position reports to the Director of Operations.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Train all new employees within the following departments:
Sales
Sales Support
Program Support
Designers/Artists
Operations
Provide remedial training to employees who need additional help learning company processes, procedures and systems
Update and enhance the established iPromo training program
Document and organize all company training materials
Update old training materials and create new training courses
Maintain the iPromo Learning Management System (LMS)
Gather feedback from employees that have completed the training program and use it for continual improvement of the company training program
Onboard and educate new hires on the iPromo sales process
Lead new hires through our on-boarding program
Work with the sales leadership team to identify strengths and areas for development
Leverage Facilis training for solutions and immediate impact
Review and update iPromo U as a go-to source for training modules and information
Required Skills/Abilities:
Experience in training remote employees
Excellent knowledge of the PROMOTIONAL PRODUCT Industry, pricing, ordering process, vendors
Experience developing, documenting, and executing training courses
Experience organizing and presenting in a clear, concise and engaging format
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Education and Experience:
5 years of industry experience
2 years of experience as a trainer
Experienced with CRM/ERP systems (CommonSku, Salesforce, Facilis)
Experienced with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Microsoft Office applications – Specifically Outlook, Teams, Mail, Calendar, One Drive,
Excel, Word and PowerPoint
