Your Role

As an Operations Coordinator, you will:

  • Group and assign jobs to drivers while ensuring the timely completion of deliveries.
  • Follow up with drivers and provide the necessary support to ensure successful delivery.
  • Publish jobs to attract drivers and expand the driver network.
  • Conduct training for drivers to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Make outbound calls to customers to update them on their delivery status and address concerns.
  • Respond to customer inquiries through email and other communication channels.
  • Handle customer cases and complaints positively, empathetically, and professionally.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues and other teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the delivery and customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Excellent speaking and writing English skills.
  • Experience working with customer service/support.
  • Comfortable using computers.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to multitask.
  • Friendly, positive attitude, and excellent teamwork skills.
  • Experience in Inbound, Outbound calls and live chat.

Preferred Skills/expertise

  • 2-3 Years of experience handling logistics account (operations side - dealing with customers and delivery riders)
  • Experience in E-commerce platforms and retail account can be considered (Uber, Target, DoorDash, etc.)
