Procurement Coordinator

Job Summary:

We seek a detail-oriented and efficient Logistics Coordinator for the HRS APAC region. The successful candidate will oversee customs clearance, build a network of customs brokers, manage supplier relationships, and handle the submission and tracking of software and cloud orders. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication.

Responsibilities:

• To work with a local customs authority for arranging customs clearance.
• To set up a chain of customs brokers in APAC region (to support other HRS offices in the region with customs clearance)
• To work with a local supplier in APAC region, both hardware and software vendors (request price lists, quotes for acceptance, track the deliveries)
• To submit the software and Cloud orders via Oracle portal: registration of the End Users, communication with the End Users, assistance with TOMA, TCSA, verification of every item in order in accordance with active Oracle promotions.
• To submit the software and Cloud orders for Major account: verification of each item with the current MAC price hold plus promotion.
• Keep a record related the submitted orders.
• Check the correctness of Oracle invoices

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of customs clearance procedures within the EU.
• Proven experience in supplier relationship management, particularly within the APAC region.
• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Good communication in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience within the tech or hospitality sector.
• Familiarity with the listed software and hardware vendors.
