Responsibilities

  • Creation and maintenance of contract information in the system
  • Preparation of letters to customer upon warranty expiry
  • Develop and maintain effective documentation and records including internal trackers and database
  • Email management
  • Invoice preparation and adjustment
  • Undergo cross-training and handle other functions as assigned by the Team Leader
  • Communicate proactively and positively with all members of CHK & CBSC
  • Work as part of the team and ensure positive, supportive, and collaborative working relationships with peers
  • Other task/s that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

  • College/bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Intermediate Excel and Word skills
  • Good communication skills
