Responsibilities
- Creation and maintenance of contract information in the system
- Preparation of letters to customer upon warranty expiry
- Develop and maintain effective documentation and records including internal trackers and database
- Email management
- Invoice preparation and adjustment
- Undergo cross-training and handle other functions as assigned by the Team Leader
- Communicate proactively and positively with all members of CHK & CBSC
- Work as part of the team and ensure positive, supportive, and collaborative working relationships with peers
- Other task/s that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
- College/bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Intermediate Excel and Word skills
- Good communication skills
