The role of an Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing the schedules and communications of key company executives and CEO. Their duties include the following:
- Manage the executive's calendar, including making appointments, prioritizing matters, and sending reminders
- Manage travel logistics and activities
- Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails and creating PowerPoint presentations and reports.
- Organize meetings and conferences, including scheduling and coordination with the company's client
Qualification
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related fields
- At least 5 years and up of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to C-level executives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and ability to organize and coordinate multiple schedules and tasks
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and other MS Office tools
- Flexible, team player, and willing to adapt to changes
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees
